1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" means the 789idn website accessible at https://789idn.cam, including all associated mobile-optimized interfaces, applications, and sub-domains operated by 789idn.
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to 789idn and its operating entity responsible for the provision of services described herein.
• "You", "Player", "User" refers to any individual who registers an account on the 789idn platform or otherwise accesses our services.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a registered user on the 789idn platform.

2 Eligibility

• You must be the sole authorized user of the account you open. Accounts are strictly personal and may not be shared, transferred, sold, or operated by any third party.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended account on the 789idn platform. Each individual is permitted a maximum of one (1) account. The creation of duplicate accounts constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds held in duplicate accounts.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be classified as a self-excluded player or have requested account closure on any basis that would render re-registration a breach of those arrangements.

3 Account Registration

To access any of the Services offered by 789idn, you are required to complete the registration process and open a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

3.1 Registration Requirements

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name (as it appears on your Indonesian National ID card / KTP), a valid email address, an active Indonesian mobile phone number, and a date of birth. You agree to promptly update any registration information that changes after your account is opened.

3.2 Password and Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login details to any third party. 789idn will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected].

3.3 Account Suspension and Closure

789idn reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) registration information is false, misleading, or incomplete; (b) the account is being used for fraudulent or illegal purposes; (c) the player has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions; or (d) account activity poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

Once verified, your KYC status is permanent unless you update personal details or banking information, which may trigger a partial re-verification.

4.3 Failure to Verify

If a player fails to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 30 days of being formally requested to do so, 789idn reserves the right to restrict account functionality, including the suspension of withdrawal processing, until verification is completed. Accounts that remain unverified for extended periods may be subject to closure.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 789idn platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). 789idn does not charge players any transaction fee for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.

5.4 Deposit Integrity

Pla yers must use legitimate sources of funds for all deposits. 789idn reserves the right to investigate the source of any deposits we consider unusual or suspicious. Where we are unable to satisfy ourselves that deposited funds have been obtained lawfully, we may freeze the account and report the matter to the appropriate authorities. Players who knowingly deposit funds obtained through illegal means will have their accounts permanently closed and may face legal action.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

789idn offers various bonuses and promotional campaigns to enhance player experience. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified:

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. 7 Betting & Gaming Rules
